I don't think it can be compared to Sonichu. At least Sonichu can be understood as the power fantasy of a poor soul who really doesn't know any better, while this is drawn by some dude who is fairly coherent and reasonable but still chooses to have his unfortunate bastard of a self-insert run the fuck away from really angry Touhous for no discernible reason.

This is less like Sonichu and more along the lines of skeleton jelly, delitization and that comic where Kaede from Shuffle is the girlfriend of Thomas the Tank Engine. The human mind isn't equipped to deal with this sort of shit.
