High cost and/or high wait time shipping with the potential to receive a damaged item? Fighting with your retailer to exchange it, if they even have any left?

I buy originals because they're the best made option, but if I could get that exact same quality for a fraction of the price, you're damn straight I would.

Well, yeah. That's the whole point. The wait makes it all the better for me.

I guess you don't collect. It's hard to fully explain, but the whole point is that I have something that few others do. I had to sock away $20 each paycheck and do a bit of overtime, but that just made it all the more worthwhile.

Also, if you don't take pictures and/or fap to your figs, you aren't getting your monies' worth.

I used to try and justify this hobby of figure collecting just like everyone else but it was really just my dick talking. Collecting all the cute and sexy figures of my favorite characters (occasionally I would buy for the badass factor, but that was heavily outweighed by my dick picks), if you asked me what the point of it was or what I enjoyed about this whole thing, I couldn't give you a straight answer. It's really just a shitty, selfish and expensive hobby that amounts to nothing.
