All Touhou manga (possibly except Inaba) have furigana. Some raws are linked on the wiki, others can be found by googling. FS in particular cannot, to my knowledge, because it's still new and the translator doesn't share, but a selection of scans always gets posted on futaba.

Marisa's father was last mentioned in the context of events from decades ago. Reimu's parents never come up. Akyuu's current incarnation may have biological progenitors, but they don't come up or matter. Others are either youkai, gods, or living alone in their households. It seems to me Kosuzu is the only person in the entire series with a functional family.

Marisa's father is still around. in CoLA, Rinnosuke visited him as of recent. Marisa just had daddy issue and don't want to come back home.

I think the 3rd one is Akyuu. There's no indication that their parents died or anything.
