I didn't know where else to ask.

My sister's been playing Barcode Kanojo recently, and she's gotten quite into it.
There's a problem though. She's been using our family's iPad to play the game, and she just got herself an iPhone. She wants to use her own iPhone to play the game, but we don't know how to transfer the account from the ipad to her new phone.

Do any of you know if it's possible?
