I don't follow Momusu because of the girls and the catchy songs.
I don't care if you say that they're marketing their cuteness or they can't sing for shit (True for Rika and Sayu) or are too commercialized and that betrays the spirit of "music".

You listen your emo shit (replace with your favorite band/genre) and I listen my highly commercialized j-pop with cute girls. Everyone wins.

In H!P, Melon Kinenbi wins over MoMusu.

It's probably not a favorite for most people because it's more mature and doesn't have any little girls on it, but that's even more of a reason to like it.

The last 15 seconds of 'Chance of Love' is my ring tone and songs like Amai Anata no Aji just put MM to shame even though they are in the overall group.

MM doesn't really have anything going for them except for a lot of wota fans. Their idea of trying to regain popularity is to pump out photobooks of them wearing bikini's and secretly bring in 2 girls from another country.

They USED to be a good group back when they had songs like Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari but now its just fallen apart. There is no reason to listen to them or much pay attention to them. They're just good to look at and jerk off to.

H!P is going for an audience outside the wotas. They've had a lot of success with Koharu and Kirarin Revolution, that stuff is insanely popular with little kids. That seems to be the target audience of Haromoni@ too.

They really don't have that many though, 5th and 6th gen songs are IMO, the best ones. Ones like Furusato, Do It! Now and Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari (version 1).

7th gen songs like Rainbow Pink just make me think 'WTF?', even more, the video of it where 95% of the audience was older men. I'll admit that it is catchy, but I'd be embarrassed listening to what sounds like a song for 7 yr olds.
