I have a question and I'm fairly certain the response will be 'no.'

I wish to post on Futaba for an art event thing in relation to the 2014 Winter Olympic games. The problem is that only Japanese IP addresses can post there and I'm not in such a position.

If I can't post on Futaba, is there another way to garner the attention of artists?
