my contact in the cia (who shall remain anonymous) says that this hatchingling (the eye posting guy) was placed here with an important mission by the reptillians we're still trying to figure out his mission but he's clearlyt up to no good and I think he's trying to get /jp/ to turn on itself so his kind can infest this board and make their secret plans in tounges in codewords in plain site but if there were too many jpers the message would be loss so he's trying to make ourselfs killourselves so theres less people here

In the unlikely case that you are simply ignorant and not trolling, Ransmirk was the original image that the smirk edits were based on.

Ransmirk was drawn by some random Japanese guy and semi-frequently used as a reaction image on old-/jp/. http://fuuka.warosu.org/jp/thread/1958420#p1958862 is the thread where Sai started to make smirk edits.
