I can't really say anything about the eyes because you could easily change them.

As for the torso thing, I suggest thinning down the waist, giving her more appropriate proportions.

About the hair, you should keep in mind gravity. Another thing is that you should work on lessening those locks of hair(i.e. those ponytails).

Also, unless you were aiming for that, you should tone down on the muscles on the arms and on the thighs. You should also try not to give her such a broad shoulder. This makes a girl look more delicate and... girl-ish.
