How does one effectively clean a hotglued figure? I have a trashy Sakura figure, and when I ran water on it to remove the semen, I think it discolored her hair.

I don't know how to repaint, but hydrogen peroxide is effective at removing coatings on plastic. Not sure what effect it would have on a figure, I don't want to risk my Sayaka.
