Nothing that bad, I just do not want to be in the military anymore. I asked if I could get out and they told me I should have done that during or before boot camp.

I asked again and again really nice and they said that I am going against my contract so they are trying to get me a court marshal for breaking article 92 and whatever other random things they could throw on there.

Ah well.

Also military prison is not as bad as people would have you think. I worked in one recently and they have changed alot since the early 2000s period.

I'm pretty sure you can't be charged with the UCMJ until you've served 6 months time in service. Whats your MOS and and did you try to get out in technical training or at your first duty station?
Also you can request to be seperated without violating your contract, it just takes a long time to process.
