No, the DDC patch was way different than the wiki.net translations, at least at the beginning.
While the patch center had a somewhat good translation for the first day, the wiki.net had that literal bad translation that uses the literal meaning of the words in a sentence. I don't know if they're the same now, it's either that one of the two copied the other if that's the case.
