Many Touhou circles are big and release a couple of doujins each Comiket, some release large compilations with 100+ pages.

Toranoana's Reitaisai 9 page lists around 900 doujinshi, 42 doujinsoft, 180 CDs and 210 other. It seems like there were also around 5000 circles there. You are still short some three thousand.
