His name is Wu Xhao Ping. He actually studied with me in an exchange program two years ago here at the university. He is a very fun guy to talk to, although his english is very broken. He would frequently complain about how the food in China was much more flavorful and less expensive than the food in America, and I could not help but agree. However, I would also frequently interject that Japanese food is truly the pinnacle of the human culinary experience, but for some reason he would never accept my invitations to eat sushi on Saturday nights. Oh well, more for me.

Unfortunately, I received news that he was killed a couple of months ago when he was run over by a rickshaw while doing service work in rural India. This picture you posted brought back many fond memories of the time we spent together, Thank you very much OP, this was a great moment for me.
