They're animating the first game in the Windows era, yet all the characters from later games somehow appear? how the fuck does that make any sense. The Moriya shrine didn't even fucking exist in Gensokyo at this time! The underground was sealed!

Come on, guys. Even if there's no logic explanation, it's still just a doujin work. It's not above non-animated material just because it's animated. You should take these doujin anime as seriously as you take the doujin manga. Would you be as bothered if someone decided to anime Miko Miko Suika?

I understand that its just a doujin work, but the problem is that they're trying to animate the storylines from the games, such as they did with PCB, which they did a fine job of. If they're going to animate EoSD I would hope they follow the plotline of the game for the most part.
If they were gonna make a completely original story then it wouldn't matter at all.

Why didn't they start with ESoD to begin with?

I mean PCB is the best and they obviously knew this thus animated it 1st but in retrospect I could've been better

Also i'm pretty pissed Satori and Koishit are already making a cameo if that was the actual part of the movie and not just a scene from a PV that's fan pandering at it's worst

Other than that pretty stocked I'm happy they got to do this again after that rumor of them not producing more of these

If they can somehow get donations i'd like to see them do a PC-98 based moive
