I need a sword that is capable of breaking the sound barrier on its own. It has to be folded at least three million times to do that.

Also it has to be hard enough to cut a mountain, one that is filled with hard ores and diamonds, not a normal mountain that is made out of clay, like in animes.

There's a couple of sites that will hook you up with smiths. Sword Forum International is a good place to ask.

There are also a number of smiths outside Japan making katana, if it doesn't make any difference to you. Be aware, however, you're going to be shelling out some serious dosh, especially if you do want something from Japan.

Nope, but it is regulated. IIRC, smiths can only produce one live blade a month or so.

You can, but it's unnecessary. The purpose of folding is to achieve even carbon distribution in the steel: after a certain point you'd get into the area of diminishing returns.
