Why does any thread need to be 'permasaged'? This is not /v/ or /a/ where the board is hurting for page 0 real estate or thread space. The oldest thread on the board right now is probably like 2 or 3 days old and hasn't been posted in for about that long.

The constant deletions on stuff like this aren't about keeping the board useable, they're about the janitor throwing his weight around. And boy, does he have a lot of weight.
