Did you not pay attention to the manga case? It was ruled that only art who looks realistic falls under the law. So unless you are importing very lewd child idol magazines there should be no issues.

Besides the only known case here was because his wife wanted a divorce and increased chances at getting child custody by trying to claim he was unsuitable with such art. So unless you are married, or live with a person that would like to report you to the police, it is unlikely they'll ever know.

At least this is how it is until Beatrice Ask decides to write new laws to protect the children and catch all the bad guys.
