I'd really just like a show about an autistic guy in everyday situations. It would work best as one of those cringe comedies. There should be moments that are supposed to make you feel uncomfortable, but not in the unintentional way TBBT does.

Also I saw some panel at Comic-Con where Sheldon-actor-san basically spoke normal and revealed he knew nothing about physics. You could feel the disappointment in the room.
