Also, there may be a bug, when i try to interact with the NPC's, i can't get out any dialogue screen, why? What have i done wrong?

I'm working on my intelligence stat. Levelling Japanese to a reasonable level is taking forever though, and it doesn't leave me with much time to work on the rest.

And my concentration-meter keeps dropping way too fast. Is there some way to fix this?

Use amphetamines, they may hurt your Health and HP, and are pretty hard to find, the latter is easily reached around if you can use Silkroad (works only on american servers, sorry) or have high Social stats.
The former... well, you're going to switch characters anyways.
