Well really there's no ``correct'' answer but that's my favorite one. The options I listed are the character options for Dragonflight, a mobile STG.

Princess - Auto collect all items

Alchemist - Double point-item value

Knight - High power

Assassin - Extra life

Witch - Special abilities that activate randomly
