Back when janitor applications were open, I spent a good 3-4 hours trying come up one, but finally gave up after I realized that there's no way in hell I'd ever want to be a janitor here.

I realize, though, that there does probably need to be some moderation on /jp/, because of Flan's caveat. It's a difficult problem to solve, really.
