There was no plot. The guy just wanted to show the world his vision of Koishi. Turns out his vision was popular and not only were people demanding more, some also demanded justification for Koishi's actions, so he continued. The heart-throbbing adventure was getting the fishing pole from SDM.

At least that's how I feel about it. Episode 11, in my mind, was what finally confirmed these feelings I have.

With that said, I don't give a rat's ass about Yukari or Reimu or the Budhists. I just wanna see Suwako beating Eiki's ass and getting Sanae back. I think I liked reading >>10463315, as bad as it was, because it reminded me of what Suwako might do.
