Who would win between Miko and Byakuren?
I know this is hard but try to avoid saying your favorite will win without having a decent reason to back it up with.

Miko would win.
Byakuren tried to stop Miko's resurrection, no doubt afraid of what she could do.
When that failed, the Youkai wasted no time sending in their "trump card" to stop her, due to being so scared.
Taoists are said to have a body like steel too, not to mention Miko is immortal.
Seems one sided to me

Depends on the kind of fight. Byakuren is a musclebound oaf jock and Miko is a nerd with funny headgear, so the former would almost certainly win a straight-up bar fight while the latter would almost certain win a battle of wits.

Of course, the real answer is that neither of them would win a fight because they wouldn't have a fight in the first place.

Of course behind the scenes her followers are spying, planting false information, spreading rumors, creating prevocative incidents to fan the flames, ect.

And Miko is no more of a Taoist Sage than Byakuren is a Buddhist Saint. Neither really live up to their reputation. So you know while they are going to cause a lot of trouble, both have so many flaws they cannot possibly succeed.
Also they are both comparitive newcomers both to Gensokyo and to this era of time, yet they are already acting like they know everything there is to know about the place and their inhabitants. There are powers about that they cannot control. Like the Underground, the Celestials, the Lunarians, and the Devas. People who can get very very angry when they find out they have been used or lied to.
