Does anyone else here get annoyed when people constantly demand favours from you, just because you're a NEET?

First, let me make perfectly clear that I am not ungrateful. I leech off my mother and do pretty much everything she asks of me, just because she allows me to take it easy most of the time.

My problem here lies mostly with my sister. A little information, she lives a 3 hour train ride away from me, but still expects me to come over for anything. A while ago I was supposed to just come over and set up her new bed. Today she called and told me to come over tomorrow because she messed up her schedule and now she expects some service at her place at a time where she has to work.

Now mind you, I generally have no problem helping out, but what annoys me to no end is her reasoning. She always says something along the lines of 'it's not like you're super busy' or the even more infuriating 'you have no reason to decline other than that you don't want to', implying that me not wanting to do something isn't a valid reason.

I really hope I didn't sound too much like an obnoxious and ungrateful idiot, but I just had to get it out somewhere.

People treat NEETs worse than shit. Sometimes when the phone rings, my sister grabs it and throws it at me while I'm sleeping, screaming at me to answer it before whoever called hangs up.
Wanna know what's the worst part is? Once someone gets used to abusing you physically and mentally every day, they won't ever, ever stop abusing you, even if get a job and go back to college. It's not possible to earn their respect again. At that point, you're so far gone that they don't even consider you fully human, and any future success will spike their jealously and spite rather than pride. "He didn't earn that, he's just a lazy slob. Always has been" "he must have cheated" etc.

Note: by "NEET" I mean "NEET" in the true sense of the word. There are plenty of people who don't work or go to college and still manage to keep their family happy and proud by dedicating all their free time to a productive hobby that inspires their respect and admiration.

I get that often OP, if work needs to be done and people ask me to do it if they know I can easily like some yard work or cleaning something up then I'll do it but when they throw in the "it's not like you're busy" if I don't do it in an instant and there is no rush to get it done at the time then I get pissed.

I don't have any siblings but I am psychologically abused very often by my parents who know I'm too far gone to do anything with my life that will at least let me live on my own.
