There is however one important thing you're missing: lubricant.
Out of all the ones I used, magic eye's うぶじる was the best. NPG one are seconds.
うぶじる is very thin, NPG ones are peace's/pepe level of thickness, but are more advances than peace's/pepe, a direct upgrade.

Sounds like you aren't washing them well.
Don't store them unless they are dry. Moisture usually causes this. Use soap ever now and then.
It could also be a colouring from a chemical origin. Onahole seeps out oil, which does act as an organic solvent, so if you put your onahole on a green coloured paper/plastic (very case specific though), they'll beecome 3 shades greener.
But an onahole that still has too much humidity and is stored will get relatively large black spots within 3 days of storing.

How to get it off? hope that it's only superficial and it will go away after washing it ~6 times with soap right after use.
Try washing it 3 times (ie rince soap rince soap rince soap rince dry use) before using it.
If it doesn't come away after this then it won't harm your dick since it's below the surface.

I've been into this since a couple of months, so back then I was in the same boat as you. Let me tell you up front, it's better than the hand, no discussion. There's maintenance, and if you live with others, discretion required.
