It's got (the usual internettish supposed-but-who-knows) anonymity featurettes built in, due to hard-FUCKING-core anti-piracy enforcement in Japan (which you just know is just going to be completely ineffectual anyway in terms of keeping Chinese from making bootleg discs etc./whatever the fuck who cares anyway.)

So since it's for Japan, you can find Japanese seeds of fresh Japanese content there.

But you apparently need their secret codes to get onto their network. And different secret decoder rings get you different content, of differing quality. And I guess that still isn't enough hassle to keep the cops there out, but the bootleggers still get their shit the way they've always gotten their shit, so basically I gather it's just a bunch of people chasing their tails.
