I'm already a member, it's nice and all but it's missing doujin music, kinda. As the name says, I see a lot of J-Pop idol stuff but I have a lot of doujin non-idol related music. Is it ok to upload it?

as long as it is from the holy land of nippon or any other east asian country it is honestly fair game. There are a few things that are black listed but besides that you're good. there is a lot of idol music and pop music
