It's about a young boy who wants to be a wizard, but sluts will do anything in their power to stop him. It's a beat 'em up, and pretty fun at that, if a bit repetitive. There's 7 levels complete with bosses and everything.

Fuck, I'm stuck on the room in level 5 that's full of those big breasted pepper spray whores. I can't do it, their pepper spray attack has like 2 frames where you can dodge it, and once you're down, you get a hell of a lot of health taken off every time. She's in the stage with all those "kung fu" girls in white with the beret. There's two bosses in that stage.

To actually beat her, when she uses her flashing grab attack, the one where she sits on you, do NOT struggle. She'll go through her steps, orgasm, fall off you and be stunned for a few seconds. That's when you attack.
You also loose more health when you struggle during that attack. Dodge every other grab.
