I'm too old to associate the happiest moments of my childhood with videogames and anime.

Home video didn't even exist, and videogames weren't that great either.

What really made me happy was receiving things like these on my birthday. It's sad to realize how happy I was back then and how much I anticipated my birthdays. Nowadays I don't give a fuck anymore.

The earliest time I was really happy about a videogame has to be around 1991, when I played my first RPG Shining in the Darkness
