How come Parsee got no hat or anyhing other that hair on her head?
And why isn't Medicine any popular at all? I've rearly seen pictures of her on /jp/ and I don't know when someone mentioned her the last time.

Parsee has elf ears. Ears are a de facto silly hat.

Medicine is the Ellen of modern touhou, a character introduced in a Phantasmagoria that wasn't a boss or Aya. Therefore no one remembers or cares.

I think Parsee looks fine without a hat. As for Medicine, I don't know. She's just really forgettable for some reason. I remember Ichirin, Orin and Nitori quicker than I can remember Medicine and I'm indifferent as fuck to Ichirin, Orin, and Nitori. Like on a scale of 1-10 those three are 0 because I can't even remember them to have an opinion on them. Medicine is an alternate reality 0.
