So I haven't been in any relationships for a couple years (bad breakup etc) but recently came across a girl that I've.. sort of developed a crush on. As pathetic as it sounds, I've never met her in person. Long story short, I have her on Skype and I've only talked to her a couple with it. (text, not voice/video)

How can I make this go the right way without screwing it up? My eventual goal is obviously to meet her in person and ask her out, but it's been so long since I've done this that I forget what the "first steps" are. I've just been myself and had those couple of conversations with her. I don't want to immediately hop on her as soon as she signs on "HEY WHAT'S UP" but I feel like I still need to keep adding fuel to the fire to get things started.
