Drive is not a good movie.

That being said, most of /jp/ loves it for some inexplicable reason. The protagonist is borderline autistic, every scene is dominated by extreme stretches of absolutely nothing happening, and the initial premise doesn't go anywhere.

The movie has a great cast, and the last 12 minutes are pretty cool. That's about it.

Drive has nothing to do with /jp/, and if you're expecting it to be even a fraction as good as Taxi Driver, you're in for a huge disappointment. It's just a shitty daily dose.

It's not even that. The main character isn't autistic, he just says one or two jarring lines in the beginning to the girl that he ends up fucking at the end.
