Does stacking cans make you autistic? I would often set my empty soda cans on top of eachother because they took up a lot less space that way, and inevitably would end up with multiple can towers. Could I be autistic? Would it have been more normal to just toss them in a big messy pile? I didn't want them dripping on the floor...

Not necessarily. I don't think stacking is a well understood behavior regarding autism.
The prevalent idea is that stacking is linked to a tendency for repetitive behavior in autistic children. I am autistic, and when I was little, I would stack things merely to see how tall of a tower I could make. I would give it a few tries, then quit once I figure out the structure's limits.
So in my case, at least, it was curiosity driven.
