the fandub was pretty damn good there was not one character that seemed to have an out of place voice ( well maybe Youmou i'd think she could use a younger cuter voice but make it sounds as if she's trying hard to sound tough ) either way 10/10 would donate

The animation was fucking amazing, at least for a doujin project.

The voices were fine. I really liked Yuyuko's and Youmu's, Marisa's and Reimu's conflict a bit with the voices I think they have. Sanae's voice was ``Terrible!'' though.

The history was pretty good. The pacing was perfect and they knew how to portrait the whole incident.

I'm looking forward to their Imperishable Night episode. I'd support them if I could.

I honestly didn't enjoy it. All the characters but Reimu and Marisa got literally 10 seconds of screen time, which especially bugged me with Sakuya since she was meant to be important. Yuyuko also didn't act anything like she was supposed to.

Every "fight" was disappointing, with one attack being thrown out by the opponent before they get beaten in an instant.

Marisa didn't dodge danmaku because it was too beautiful, really?

That being said, I was really hoping there'd by some kind of 3 on 3 fight between the Primsriver sisters and the protagonists. I guess I was just expecting too much out of it.

There was enough moments where absolutely nothing was happening that didn't need to be there, such as the part where Sakuya tells Reimu to get off her ass and help. If they were removed, his unrealistic expectations actually would be able to fit into the time frame. Not that it'd be likely given the budget.

Animation is top notch and fluid I admit, though the artist (whoever s/he is) does have a slight case of sameface syndrome. Also too much lewd, Yuugi, Yukari, and Yuyuko were like a walking pair of tits. What irked me the most though is that there were not enough danmaku battles. Like the Chen part, instead of sokawaii we could have gotten a short battle at least.

Yuuhei Satellite's music is top quality, but once you heard one song you've heard them all.

Maybe I'm just too picky. If a touhou anime was really made I would prefer it 90% danmaku battles and in ZUN's art style. No tweaking whatsoever, exactly like the games. I heard there was one like that but it got stopped. MoP in a way drains Touhou's uniqueness and originality.

That was a terrible way to explain it but that's how I felt.
