This may sound apocryphal but the writer of a visual novel should, sometimes, change the point of view from the main char to the heroines and give they some protagonism. Yeah, I know that works against the inmersion... but this would create so much possibilities in terms of story development and quality that it may be good to see it in a visual novel.

The whole game is about the tomorrow, and how beautiful and the good things it can bring and not just keep dwelling in the past wanting to make time stop forever.
This was the experiment of the club Capek and the rest belonged, they tried to prevent world war and, as a result, not being separated from their loved ones, this is a common theme you can see in their voices during the mini game.
So the whole game is about Mary dealing with this people, understanding why they'd want to do what they did,since she understand the pain of being separated from a loved one, her mother, and deciding if she wanted to make time loop eternally or not.
So the game, as the title states, was about the beauty of the tomorrow and why you should always move forward, hoping for a brilliant future.
I don't see what you can miss from this, because the game repeats this a few times in the last chapter.

The villain (well, it's not clear if he's a villain) Wilhelm says the universe is in danger, and that it will be destroyed soon in some sort of apocalyptic event. He wants to use Zarathustra to create a time loop and save everyone. Sion and her friends fight him because they think it's not the right way to do it, after beating him they set out to stop the apocalypse or whatever and go look for clues in Lost Jerusalem. All of this happens in the last 20 minutes and it made me shit bricks, just when you think everything is going to end and get this nice, well deserved sense of closure (each game took me about 30-35 hrs to complete) you realize that you're not even halfway there. It was amazing and no other game has made me feel this way.

Sharnoth introduces the time loop plot during the first minigame, which was a bit of a disappointment.
