and either way, just lose weight. it's not as hard as people make it seem. swim, lift weights, watch what you eat, etc. i lost nearly 50 pounds one year(I was around 230 lb pretty much pure fat) and to my surprise it was easy as fuck.

If they're of age, absolutely not legally. Just an individual choice thing. There might be some social stigma depending on the circumstances though like if they were seriously abused by the parents.
