Ayano; Cute, nice singing. If this was a S/mileage audition I'd be cheering for her.

Yumeno; Sings very well, but "no dance experience" might make her someone who can't take actual lines because of no stamina, and we got a couple of those already. If she can sing that well when she dances, then I want her in.

Reina; If she fixed her teeth and gained maybe gained 7 kilos she could be real pretty. No singing clip makes me worry she might be really bad at that.

Haruka; Even in the short clip her voice was cracking, and more importantly she doesn't seem to have a voice that would stand out in current Momusu. Also has a fat face. I hope she doesn't get in, but she seems Tsunku's type.

Sakura; She seems to have got a lot of confidence, skill and femininity since we last saw her in S/mileage audition. Not my type, but for her being a musume, why not?

Maria; Soulless, flat and inconsistent singer. Tsunku seems to have found another "miracle". Please no.

How must the 9/10th gen members be feeling? They have basically indirectly been told "you suck, so I brought this girl to fix things". But if he knew this then what was he thinking when he chose the four girls of the 10th? Does he really have a plan or does he just comes up with whatever the fuck he feels like that morning?

Now the whole audition feels like a hoax to put an egg in.

I think the trend started because she never got leads before the last couple of albums and she has self-implicated out of humility (an extremely attractive quality).

I remember seeing a HelloPRO Time where she talked about her skin condition (she gets edemas) so matter-of-factly that is just blew me away. She became one of my favorites after that. Most pop stars WOULD NEVER have that kind of real humility.

It's one thing to fake it because you're part of a society based on etiquette. It's another thing to point out physical flaws about yourself when you are in an industry that is dominated by, above all other things, looks.

The fact that she is one of the most beautiful girls in Japan just makes it even better.

I started watching them since February and I have been following them ever since. The first member that caught my eye was Yaguchi for the role she played in the Mechaike Specials.

Another problem is that respecting one's seniors is a huge, huge thing in any business in Japan. Guys, we know this new girl really isn't anything special. They had to cut her hair short because she looked too plain with it long. When it came to singing, Ono Haruka stood out more, but Tsunku wouldn't add another girl as swollen as Fukumura in the face and the fact that she was already 16. As far as dancing goes, she's a good dancer, but it's hard to match Riho's precision. About the only thing she has going for her is her confidence and her sharp tongue if that's not being blown out of proportion as well.

Honestly I think she was better off with long hair. Generally short hair fits girls with photogenic faces by putting emphasis on them (Kuduu is a good example), while nice long hair can compensate for a less fortunate face.
