/a/ is the same as /jp/, especially in terms of all the off-site circlejerking and normalfag shit that ruined /jp/. The main difference is it's much faster and has a much higher volume of posts and threads - and probably most importantly, it's got a shit ton more people on it.

It's easier to sort through because of that.

All /jp/ has now is people who don't belong, people who think /jp/ is their matchmaking website and friend finder, and people who still haven't realized they can't be me but keep trying. You know, all the people I kept out. It's literally just /soc/ 2.0 and attempted shitposting and nothing else now.

/a/ on the other hand has all that but it ALSO has actual threads and discussions mixed in pretty much all day and plenty of threads without those handful of people who do circlejerk off site and then do the same in various threads that they proceed to turn into being about how they masturbate, how they shoot things, or how they like grimdark battle shounen labelled as seinen (ie; nagi, smochi, pokemon trainer, deepfag, etc), plus I don't have to deal with trying to take care of the board all day like I did with /jp/. It's easier to just shitpost and then divert off to smacking people with my car door in video games for an hour, while /jp/ was basically a volunteer career.

Hell, I even got a filter finally and it works wonders for me. Eventually I'll be the only tripfag I don't have on it. /jp/ is just so shitty now that the slow pace of the board makes it unbearably bad because nothing NOT shit ever fucking happens.

You know why /a/ is shaping up to be more and more like /jp/?
It's because I'm spreading /jp/ culture because I'm the one that created it in the first place.
