No, because they're insolvable.

Gensokyo is a very black-or-white setting where everything works out fine. Something like the Israeli-Palestinian conflict isn't an incident that can be solved with a bit of danmaku. I suppose there are a few obvious Stage 6 and Extra Stage bosses, but once they're gone someone will just replace them. Not to mention that technology has improved greatly since the creation of the Great Hakurei Barrier. Jets can fly faster than fairies, and they're going to be a lot less forgiving over "Spell Card Rules".

If Reimu showed up here I'd ask her to let me into Gensokyo. I'd stay at the shrine with her and do all the chores while she's out solving incidents.

I wouldn't call Gensoukyou back and white at all. It's just that all the "problems" the heroines solve are usually not very complex. Not to mention the involved characters usually lack enough resolve to keep fighting with Reimu after they lost once. They just don't care, they all know how silly the fights are from the very beginning.
