If it does not have a death, the MEoDP cannot kill it. Death can be harder to understand for some things, but for things where death truly does not exist, the MEoDP is harmless against.

Yukari has power to manipulate every boundary at will, but how much time and effort is required varies, if you read a little you will understand this, the gap Youkai required quite a while to fix Netherworld's border, this means her power is limited to her own skills as individual, everything you said is possible, but it would require time and effort that exceeds Yukari's lifespan, Mokou could ignite the world, Hina drain all the missfortune in the universe or Okuu blast every piece of matter in the galaxy, while this is possible theoretically it's not suitable for a real type situation like the 1 on 1 duels cited in this thread where time is limited as well as the own Youkai's limits as creature with a mind full emotions, ideas and chances of making mistakes.
