Whats the best place to get every modern touhou shmup with the english translations? Is there some sort of batch download I can use to get them all at once? I really don't want to download them all one by one. Somebody spoonfeed me pls.

Ya, look for uh Touhou Project - Collection 2010. Has tons of doujin games and seihou games as well. Only thing it doesn't have is ten desires. You will need to download Vpatch and english yourself though. Can find easy on google. Have fun

I found a Touhou Project - Collection 2011 version on Nyaa which is actually 5 ISO files whopping in at 17.6 gigs.
With this I can elevate my 2hu threads.
