If I recall correctly, its very easy to make a server pirate friendly. You just have to change a parameter in one of the files to false... Login: False something like that.

go to your "server.properties" file, same folder as your minecraft_server.exe file

go to online-mode=true

set it to false

Your server is now pirate-friendly.

If you don't know how to make a server, just assemble some friends on a lan emulator (Like tunngle or hamachi) and take it easy with your buddies.
