It's actually a fun way to play, and it can be challenging too. Just play on hardest hardcore mode and mod in 0% drops so you never find any spare gear, ammo and medicine laying around except for those you find on merchants or whatever people had on themselves at the time or from locked/scripted boxes. And killing all the doctors makes it even more challenging since you don't get "free complete heals/body repair/rad repair/addiction repair'' for a mere pittance.

It does sometimes feel a bit lonelier though. That's why I grab a nailgun as soon as possible from loneliest road and make artwork with people. It's more fun than talking to them about what they think about the ``legion'' and ``ncr''.

Started playing Dragon Age. It's kind of fun.

Usually I play Eroge, but when I get sick of reading, I play American games and "indie" titles, usually using steam for reference. Every so often a friend will recommend me a title I've never heard of, and I'll play it on the spot. Usually while in a slump I'll masturbate during the day, and then get disgusted with myself for doing so.

If after all that, I'm still in a slump, I aimlessly surf the web and order stuff so I have something to look forward to in the future, while drowning in self-hatred and boredom. Alcohol does me in when it gets real bad, but I'm modest about it.

MJ can often result in "interesting" side effects for people with psychological problems. I tried it myself, didn't like the result at all.
I would tell you to take it under the supervision of friends or similar, but for one thing that's kind of a mean thing to do on /jp/ and for another that certainly didn't help me. Apparently my body was able to delay the effects (=did not want to show weakness) until I was alone.
