So /jp/, something I've been wondering, and just can't seem to figure out.

Okay, Mokou hates Kaguya and wants to kill her because Mokou's father was humiliated by Kaguya. That much I understand.

However, why does Kaguya, in turn, despise Mokou so much? Was it the fact Mokou tried to kill her? The fact she drank the Hourai Elixir? What exactly turned this from one way hate into two way hate?

Mokou did steal the elixir, didn't she? Perhaps Kaguya doesn't want to share immortality with her or something. Plus I'd imagine that Mokou has successfully whacked Kaguya at least once, so it could be some never ending 'I kill you, you kill me' revenge cycle.

Well, in IN Kaguya does send the protagonists to go kill Mokou. And when the protagonists are talking to Mokou, she does mention how Kaguya is always sending assassins her way.

So there has to be SOME degree of hate there. But I mostly agree with >>930290 in that >Kaguya's doing it for shits and giggles.
