Honestly now, trading figures are hardly expensive and with the money you spent you could have gotten one or two that you could really admire. The real plus here is that you don't support groups pushing inferior merchandise and ripping off the original creators. I make absolutely no money, but I still manage to save up and get a real figure when I can. It makes the purchase that much more meaningful.

It's a niche market. I feel they are already selling their products for a reasonable amount, especially if you catch them on preorder or get a sale. There's a lot of work that goes into figures that you seem to be missing.
