Just what is NEET food? Food is food. Some are cheaper than others. This seems to belong in /ck/.

I often make this:
340g of bacon
800g of baked beans in tomato sauce
200g of minced meat
400g of frozen vegetables
I just put everything on a frying pan and fry that stuff. its pretty good and inexpensive enough. also enough to last a few days
also I make small variations to it sometimes, to keep myself from getting too bored with it. like some day I'll put in some blair's ultra death sauce to make it hot, sometimes I'll use chicken instead of minced meat, sometimes add noodles, etc

>> No.9211450

>> No.9211460

this soup i make with a chicken stock cube, boiling water, rice i've already cooked and seasoning. usually pepper, chilli flakes and soy sauce, if i'm lucky i'll have lemon juice and put some of that instead of the soy sauce. sometimes i put in frozen vegetables just to get some kind of nutrition from it.

it's actually really good if you have chicken to eat it with. i don't, though.

another one is plain cooked pasta with a bit of oil in it. maybe cheese if i have that.

>> No.9211461

>>9211460
I do a similar chicken soup thing, except I only make it if I have leftover chicken. I sometimes put noodles in it too, although I guess that constitutes ramen.

I recently acquired a mixer, and have been getting into making smoothies.
All I need is some fruit and some yoghurt. I usually just slice a banana and some strawberries or whatever, put in some yoghurt, and mix. Three of those will last me through the day.
That, and alcohol. Plenty of alcohol.

I alternate between having 6 small meals a day and 3 larger meals, depending on the week.
