When the NSJ is offline, absolutely nothing is deleted short of CP.

I've seen it happen just once. Someone else remade the thread and it continued, just like that. They can't touch on-topic threads, because they're (still) outnumbered by normal posters inside them. They just spam their inane bullshit and then spam complaints when it gets deleted.
