Somatic gene transfer will allow any traits desired in the new tissue, since it could be grown from a single stem cell. Since you would only be dealing with one cell, it'll be just as easy as pre-natal gene transfer.

The surgery will be preformed by auto-surgeons, robots that would microscopically burn away old tissue and then replace it with new cells.

The end result is that you would have total control of what your body looked like.

I used to have an extremely nice body. Then I became a NEET and I got fat.

5'8" and around 142-152 lb

I am average with average NEET body type. I dont eat a lot but I dont do a lot either which mean a lot of muscle deterioration occurs. If I were to go by that /fit/ body type chart I would be skinny fat but I dont even look like the skinny fat that was used for the example.

I have horrible acne on my face and I am noticing acne scarring because of it so any chance of attractive is out the window for me. I have long hair and very pale skin.
