I've tried some F-moon styles but I get hindered by the fact that I can barely combo with like 25% accuracy so the limiters on the chaining in that style make me just stand there doing nothing a lot. Seems like it would be really good if you can actually land the right combos in it.

The sweet thing about that EX ring that he was doing is that it forces them to block and then you can run in and do a low move and then jump moves and I just couldn't keep up with it time and time again. You can do the reverse too. Obviously it's just the same as any other mix up but with the ring it's even more infuriating.

It's not so much prediction as the fact that you do the same thing over and over. Sacchin whatever into 2C, sometimes 3C to end a block string, which is unsafe. I can mash out of 2C and beat anything you do, basically, since my move won't come out if you 3C, and 2C is -frames on block. You only occasionally do other things like 214B, you don't whiff cancel 5B/2C, and so your pressure just ends. I'm fairly awful compared to the IRC folks, despite how fluid it might look when I'm playing against you. A lot of my pressure you can jump out of.

Also, trying to 5A anti-air everything is a terrible idea. If you land it, you get like 3k with meter, but if you screw it up, you're eating 4k+ from my jump-in, with oki. You can probably heat more rather than always trying to 214C reversal. Random 236Cs would catch me maybe 1/5th of the time, and is not a very good use of meter.

Yeah I know I do some stupid ass shit during matches. I try to whiff cancel 2C with 5A but I can't get to neutral fast enough and it turns into 2A or I use 5A as a starter and forget to reverse beat 2A. 3C sometimes gets used by accident but I almost always cancel it into 623A (trying to get 236A but I always mess up).

I also don't know how to anti-air with Sacchin. 5A seems like the quickest anti-air but its hitbox seems pretty bad and it's hard to react to jump-ins with 22A. 623C seems like the same, every time I've used it I got hit by your jump-ins. I would just block but that just pushes me into the corner where you slowly whittle away my health with throws and other mixups.

As for corner pressure, whenever I try to jump out of the corner I get hit with an air-to-air or ground-to-air and fall right back in. You're too far away for me to 2C and I don't know how to stop your jump-ins. I figured 214C would a good reversal option as it only costs 100 meter and is safe on block, not to mention you got hit by it a lot. Thanks for the advice and games though, you're probably the best player I've played so far.

I just started playing this yesterday and I can't afford a stick (they don't take NEET bux) so I'm forced to use my keyboard, does anyone else use their keyboard? Any tips? With the default key set (arrow keys being used by right hand) it seems like it's hard to really freely move around and have good blocking reaction times and such. It always seems like the person I'm against is really far away and hard for me to reach for some reason.

Also, what the hell does the different moon settings mean?

Knowing combos and blockstrings isn't even half of knowing the game, so yes, they probably are average to below average in skill level. They don't mean a damn thing if they can't land those combos in a real match.

It's not as obnoxious as some other Guilty Gear, where you have tourneyfag level players calling themselves terrible at the game.
