Classy Tenshi isn't a naughty girl, she is polite, soft spoken, and very proper and enjoys having company with anyone who wishes to talk with her even though she isn't always good when there are too many people in social situations but she still tries her best. Her main flaw is sometimes being too soft spoken which tends to make people think she believes herself to be better than other people because she doesn't always start conversations, but she always has her friend Sakuya to talk with even if no one else seems to care, she is also very concerned about her personal appearance and always wants to be seen as being well kept so she doesn't enjoy being the center of attention where people may appear to be overly critical of her looks in her mind. She also doesn't enjoy rough housing because it would lead her to her pristine appearance getting messed up which is why she avoids such situations by trying to be agreeable to anyone she meets. In other words classy Tenshi is a very well kept and proper young lady who has no interest in such vulgar activities and would rather spend her time with more leisurely activities such as small talk over tea and light music.
